Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 Tablespoon dry mustard
- 1 Tablespoon parsley, chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1/2 cup Ketchup
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Brown beef with onion, draining fat.
- Add all remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
- Simmer 20 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally.
- Refrigerate overnight, serve hot.
Notes
If you don’t have onion you can substitute 1/2 tablespoon onion
powder.
