Spanish Style Rice

Instructions

  1. Add oil to a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add uncooked rice, stirring continually until rice is toasted.
  3. Stir in 4 cups water, tomato sauce, and bouillon.
  4. Return to boil and leave uncovered 10 minutes.
  5. Stir in 1.5 cups water and return to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat to low and cover. Simmer 10 minutes.
  7. Turn off heat and leave in place, covered for 20 minutes.
